  1. What sizes are available?
    All clothing sizes are listed in the product descriptions. All sizes are unisex, so we recommend choosing your regular size.

  2. What materials are the products made of?
    Each item's material composition is listed in the product description. Most clothing is made of 100% cotton or a cotton and polyester blend.

  3. Do the colors match the photos?
    We strive to ensure our photos accurately reflect the product colors, but due to screen settings, there may be slight differences.

  4. How should I care for printed clothing?
    We recommend washing garments inside out, at no more than 30°C, avoiding bleach, and not using a tumble dryer to preserve the print. Each item's care instructions are provided in its description.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT

    HeroSpot.eu offers several payment options:

  1. How do I know my order was received?
    After a successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you don’t receive it, check your spam folder or contact us at: info@herospot.eu.

  2. Can I change or cancel my order after payment?
    If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we can change or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible!

  3. Can I get an invoice?
    We issue invoices for all purchases, but to save paper we don’t print or send them with the package. You don’t need the invoice to return an item. If needed, email us at info@herospot.eu or call +370 666 11235, and we’ll send it to you.

SHIPPING

  1. What are the shipping costs?
    Shipping cost depends on the chosen delivery method and your location. The exact cost is shown at checkout.

  2. How long will delivery take?
    Orders within Lithuania are delivered within 2–5 business days.

  3. Can I pick up my order in person?
    We currently do not have a physical store, so all orders are shipped via parcel lockers.

  4. How can I track my order?
    Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

RETURNS AND WARRANTY

  1. Can I return or exchange an item if it doesn't fit?
    Yes, you can return or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it's unused and in its original packaging.

  2. How much time do I have to return an item?
    You have 14 days from the day of delivery to return the item.

  3. Who covers the return shipping cost?
    If the return is due to our mistake (e.g., a defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return costs. In all other cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.

  4. How are refunds processed?
    Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund your payment within 5 business days.

  5. What should I do if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?
    We’re sorry for the inconvenience! Please email us at info@herospot.eu or call +370 666 11235 with photos, and we’ll resolve it quickly.

  1. Do you offer discounts for loyal customers?
    Currently, we do not offer loyalty discounts.

  2. Do you have gift cards?
    At the moment, we do not offer gift cards, but we plan to introduce them in the future.

  3. How can I get a discount code?
    We sometimes share discount codes on social media or send them to email subscribers. Follow us to stay updated!
