In order to use the online store, the Buyer must provide the necessary information required to fulfill the order properly. A legal entity must indicate the company's name, registration code and/or VAT number, phone number, email address, delivery address, and, if needed, the recipient’s full name. A person must provide their personal data: name, surname, phone number, email address, and delivery address. This information can be submitted each time an order is placed or once by registering on the online store.

The protection of the Buyer’s personal data is regulated by the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other applicable legal acts.

By confirming the HeroSpot.eu terms and conditions during the ordering process, the Buyer agrees that the data provided may be processed on HeroSpot.eu for business analysis and direct marketing purposes. The Buyer also agrees to receive informational messages necessary for order fulfillment via the email address and/or phone number provided.

The Buyer’s personal data will be used to identify the Buyer during the sale and delivery of goods, for issuing accounting documents, refunding overpayments and/or money for returned goods, managing debts, and fulfilling other obligations arising from the sales agreement.

The Buyer’s personal data will be used exclusively by HeroSpot.eu and its partners who collaborate in managing the online store and delivering goods. HeroSpot.eu undertakes not to disclose the Buyer’s personal data to third parties, except for the listed partners or when required by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

The Buyer agrees to keep their login details to the online store secure and not to disclose them to anyone. If the Buyer loses their login credentials, they must immediately inform HeroSpot.eu using the contact details provided in the “Contact” section. HeroSpot.eu is not responsible for actions performed by third parties using the Buyer’s login information before the Buyer informs HeroSpot.eu and will consider that all actions were performed by the Buyer.

The Buyer has the right to freely update their registration data at any time. HeroSpot.eu may delete the Buyer's registration data upon receiving a written request from the Buyer. If personal data changes, the Buyer must update it. The Buyer is solely responsible for any consequences caused by providing incorrect data.

The Buyer confirms that they are of legal age (minors may make purchases only using their own funds with the consent of parents or legal guardians) and have the legal right to place orders on HeroSpot.eu.

By reading the rules, the Buyer confirms that they are informed that cookies (files sent from the internet server) will be placed on their computer while browsing the HeroSpot.eu online store.
