1. HeroSpot.eu undertakes to ship the goods to the Buyer no later than within 1–4 business days (or within the timeframe indicated next to individual products) from the confirmation of the order being processed and dispatched to the Buyer. During pre-holiday periods, the delivery time may extend up to 8 business days. This term does not apply if the required goods are not in stock and the Buyer is informed about the unavailability. The Buyer agrees that, in exceptional cases, delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, HeroSpot.eu commits to contacting the Buyer immediately to coordinate the delivery.

  2. The Buyer is obliged to personally accept the goods or assign another person to collect them on their behalf. In such cases, the recipient’s name, surname, and phone number must be indicated in the "Buyer’s Comment" field. The Buyer has no right to make claims against HeroSpot.eu regarding delivery to an unintended recipient if the service was fulfilled based on the Buyer’s provided information.

  3. Goods ordered on HeroSpot.eu are delivered only by registered mail or by other shipping methods offered on the website.

  4. If goods are not collected due to the Buyer’s fault or reasons dependent on them, the items are returned to HeroSpot.eu. In such cases, the Buyer has no right to make claims about late delivery. Additionally, HeroSpot.eu is not liable for delivery delays if the goods are not delivered on time due to the Buyer's fault or circumstances dependent on the Buyer.

  5. The Buyer must immediately inform HeroSpot.eu by email in cases where the parcel is delivered in damaged, crushed, or otherwise compromised packaging, or if the parcel contains incorrect items, the wrong quantity, incomplete sets, or items of incorrect size or dimensions.

  6. If upon receiving the goods, the parcel appears crushed, wet, or externally damaged in any way, the Buyer must make a note (write comments) on the delivery receipt or complete a separate damage report. This must be done in the presence of the person handing over the parcel. If these steps are not taken, HeroSpot.eu is not liable for damage to the goods caused by packaging defects that were not noted at the time of delivery confirmation.

  7. If the Buyer discovers that the parcel contains an incorrect set of goods or items of the wrong size, color, or dimensions, they must notify HeroSpot.eu immediately.

  8. Shipments sent via parcel terminals are stored for 7 (seven) calendar days. If the Buyer does not collect the parcel within seven days after receiving the SMS notification, it is returned to HeroSpot.eu. If the Buyer requests a reshipment, they must cover an additional €5 shipping cost (€2.50 for return + €2.50 for resending).

  9. If the Buyer enters an incorrect phone number and does not receive the SMS notification about parcel delivery, it does not exempt them from covering the fee stated in point 8 should they wish the parcel to be resent.
